Dough Bakehouse started with a simple idea: bring the craft of artisan baking to Singapore's beloved hawker culture. Tucked inside Bukit Timah Interim Market & Food Centre, we bake from scratch every single morning.
Our signature $2 croissants are hand-laminated for flaky, buttery layers. Alongside them sit pillowy Shio Pan (Japanese salt bread), cream-filled milk buns, and a rotating selection of French pastries. We sell out daily — so come early.
